The first thing I did tonight was take Xena into the indoor arena to test her trot. I’d cut off yesterday’s bandage, so for the moment she was barefoot. But just like last night she did fine to the right, but still had to put more effort in going to the left. She did do a bit better than last night, and her head didn’t bob at all, so we’re making progress!
We stayed in the arena for a little while, playing online and later at liberty. Afterwards I soaked and bandaged her foot for the last time, just as insurance that the abscess was really gone.
